WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR MOVING PACKAGES:

  • A fully equipped, inspected, and sanitized truck (or trucks) based on your selected package.

  • Insurance coverage:

    • $2,000,000 liability insurance

    • $50,000 cargo insurance

  • Clean, quilted moving blankets with anti-bedbug protection

  • Dollies and rolling carts for easy transport

  • All necessary tools to assemble or disassemble your furniture

MOVING BOXES

You can pre-order moving boxes with us or request them on moving day for $5 per box.
Please note: boxes are not included in our ECONOMY, STANDARD, PREMIUM, or VIP packages.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

  • Mileage at $0.75/km, calculated from:

    • Point A: Our office

    • Point B: Your current location

    • Point C: Your new address

  • Overtime charges apply if your move takes longer than the estimated duration in your quote.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES:

  • A 3-hour minimum is required for all moving services.

  • A deposit is required to reserve your moving date.

  • All billing is processed through our computerized system.
    We do not accept under-the-table payments.
