🛒 Buying Appliances
Q: Are your appliances new or used?
A: We specialize in refurbished appliances — carefully tested, repaired, and cleaned to ensure reliability and performance. We also offer open-box new appliances with manufacturer warranty.
Q: Do your appliances come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All refurbished appliances include our 90-day Forgues Warranty. Open-box new appliances come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Q: What types of appliances do you sell?
A: We carry a wide selection of refrigerators, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more. Inventory changes often, so we recommend visiting our store or browsing online regularly.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Q: Do you deliver appliances?
A: Yes! We offer professional appliance delivery in Val-Bélair, Quebec City, and surrounding areas.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Standard delivery starts at $99.95 + tax. Additional charges may apply for stairs, difficult access, or multiple appliances.
Q: Can I pick up my appliance in-store?
A: Yes, but please note that in-store pickups do not include warranty coverage, due to insurance requirements. To benefit from the 90-day warranty, delivery must be selected.
Q: How quickly will my appliance be delivered?
A: Standard delivery is usually scheduled within a few days. In the case of an exchange, your replacement appliance will be delivered within 48–72 hours.
🔧 Warranty & Returns
Q: What is covered under the 90-day Forgues Warranty?
A: Functional issues that affect the appliance’s performance. Cosmetic imperfections (small dents, scratches) are not covered.
Q: What happens if my appliance breaks down?
A: If it’s within 30 days, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. From day 31 to 90, repairs or exchanges are still covered, but a transport fee of $99.95 + tax applies.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?
A: No. Our sales are final. Instead, we operate on a value-exchange basis — your appliance will be repaired or replaced with another of equal value.
Q: What if I notice new damage after delivery?
A: We strongly recommend photographing your appliance at the time of purchase. If a new defect appears during delivery (not in your original photo), you may be eligible for an exchange or compensation.
🗑 Appliance Buy-Back & Removal
Q: Do you buy old appliances?
A: Yes! We buy old appliances. Simply fill out our online form with your name, address, and photos of your appliance, and we’ll schedule a pickup.
Q: Do you remove old appliances when delivering a new one?
A: Yes. We offer an appliance removal service, so you don’t have to worry about heavy lifting or disposal.
